TERMS OF SERVICE

Commission Workflow

When commissions open, slots are claimed by sending me a DM on Telegram (for now). After the slot has been confirmed, I’ll provide a link for you to fill out the form so I can get a better idea of what you envision. After the form has been filled, I’ll ask for the ref and any eventual clarifications on the commission.
I’d also be happy to answer any questions regarding the process. I'll make sure to let you know when it's your turn in the queue and provide you with the Trello link so you can see where you are in line.

My work days are usually Monday to Friday, and even though I may occasionally draw on weekends too, It's not guaranteed.
I prefer to work with my clients, so I may ask to confirm choices at various stages of the entire process (sketching, lining, coloring, etc.), so please respond when you're able to, so I may keep working on your artpiece with your active feedback. Visual references are preferred over text descriptions, however, for written ideas, I will provide early thumbnail sketches to figure out the pose and environment before proceeding to the rough sketch.

DISCLAIMER: I ever feel uncomfortable with a request, be it for the themes chosen or other reasons, I reserve the right to decline it. Please don't take it personally If I decide to decline your commission.
I want to work as efficiently as possible, but I also have other responsibilities outside of drawing, so If I'm going to take longer than expected and miss the deadline I apologize in advance and I'll do my best to keep you updated.

Payment and Refunds

Before the payment, I'll provide you with a watermarked rough sketch version of the piece for review, only upon approval the payment will be accepted and the piece will be continued.

About refunds, clients are eligible for a 100% refund if the work has not started yet. Meanwhile, If it is in progress, a partial refund (up to 70%) will be provided, depending on the stage of the commission.
