TERMS OF SERVICE

Workflow

My work days are usually Monday to Friday, and even though I may occasionally draw on weekends too, It's not guaranteed.
I prefer to work with my clients, so I may ask to confirm choices at various stages of the entire process (sketching, lining, coloring, etc.), so please respond when you're able to, so I may keep working on your artpiece with your active feedback. Idea Descriptions are fine, but images are preferable.

DISCLAIMER: I ever feel uncomfortable with a request, be it for the themes chosen or other reasons, I reserve the right to decline it. Please don't take it personally If I decide to decline your commission.
I want to work as efficiently as possible, but I also have other responsibilities outside of drawing, so If I'm going to take longer than expected and miss the deadline I apologize in advance and I'll do my best to keep you updated.

Payment and refunds

Before the payment, I'll provide you with a watermarked thumbnail sketch version of the piece for review, only upon approval the payment will be accepted and the piece will be continued.
About refunds, clients are eligible for a 100% refund if the work has not started yet. Meanwhile, If it is in progress, a partial refund (up to 60%) will be provided, depending on the stage of the commission.
